Because we deal in natural and food-grade products, we maintain strict quality control standards. We understand that on rare occasions, there may be issues with an order. Please review our policy below.

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all products purchased directly through www.ajvac.in. As a supplier of food and agricultural goods, please note that all returns and refunds are subject to inspection and verification.

2. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

We accept requests for returns or refunds only under the following circumstances:

Damaged in Transit: If the shipment arrives in a damaged condition, rendering the product unusable.
Incorrect Items: If you received an item different from what was specified in your purchase order.
Quality Discrepancies: If the product quality significantly deviates from the specifications provided in our product datasheets or agreed-upon samples.

3. Reporting Process

To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:

Notify Us: Contact our support team at support@ajvac.in within [e.g., 3–5] business days of receiving your shipment.
Provide Evidence: Please include the following in your email:
- Your Order Number or Invoice Reference.
- Clear photographs or videos showing the damaged product, incorrect item, or the issue with the packaging.
- A brief description of the discrepancy.
Assessment: Our quality control team will review the evidence. We may request that the product be returned for inspection or that you provide additional documentation.

4. Resolution

Once your claim is approved, we offer the following resolutions:

Replacement: We will dispatch a fresh shipment of the affected items at no additional cost.
Refund: If a replacement is not feasible, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that processing times vary depending on your financial institution (typically 7–14 business days).

5. Exclusions

We are unable to offer refunds or returns in the following cases:

Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
Items that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
Perishable goods that have exceeded their quality shelf-life due to delays in reporting the issue.
Minor variations in appearance or natural color, which are common in organic and agricultural produce, provided the quality standards remain intact.
